  1. Is your website secure? 
    You will find at the top left of your PC screen (or at the bottom left of your smartphone) a small 🔒 that ensures you are browsing on a secure site using SSL protocol. We entrust the management of our clients' payments to Paypal©, Stripe©, ApplePay©. We have chosen them for their 100% secure services and professionalism. Your data and bank details are not stored on our site.

  2. How can I contact you? 
    Our customer service is available via email at contact@vlenda.com from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with a weekend service as well. 

  3. How can I track my order? 
    You can track your order at any time by clicking on 'Order Status' in the main menu.

  4. When do you have promotions? 
    In addition to sales periods throughout the year, we often offer special deals and discounts to allow you to discover our items at advantageous prices. You can stay informed about our promotional offers by subscribing to our newsletter to receive emails from us.

  5. I haven’t received my order confirmation email.
    If you haven’t received an order confirmation email within an hour of your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If the confirmation email is not there, we invite you to contact us via the contact form.

  6. I want to modify or cancel my order.
    You can modify your order as many times as you like before clicking "Payment". After this step, you will no longer be able to modify your order yourself. Modification or cancellation after payment: If you have completed payment, please contact our customer service to see if it is still possible to modify or cancel your order: contact@vlenda.com. Modification or cancellation after shipment: if your order has been paid for more than 24 business hours, it is likely that your order has been shipped. In this case, we cannot proceed with modification or cancellation.

  7. I received a defective item, what should I do?
    If this is the case, we are truly sorry; it may be a damaged item during transportation or an error during production. Simply send us a photo of the defective item in question. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to make your declaration to our customer service.

  8. When will I receive my order?
    Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days. Then, it takes between 7 to 14 business days for your item to arrive at your home. During peak periods, it may take up to 6 days before shipping. Our packages are shipped with La Poste; we do not work with relay points.

  9. Do you deliver internationally?
    Yes! We deliver internationally. Order from us and receive your favorite products, no matter where you are in the world.

  10. How does the motion sensor mode work? The motion sensor mode utilizes a photosensitive sensor and infrared perspective dual intelligent sense mechanism. When switched on, the light detects human motion within a 13ft range in a dark environment, automatically turning off after 15 seconds if no motion is detected. It remains off when there are other lights present.

  11. Can I use the Vlenda GlowTorch as both a table lamp and a wall lamp? Yes, the Vlenda GlowTorch is versatile and can be used in various ways. It functions as both a table lamp and a wall lamp, providing flexibility in placement. Additionally, it can also be used as a hand-held flashlight for added convenience.

  12. How do I install the Vlenda GlowTorch?
    Installation is quick and easy, requiring no hard wiring or drilling. Simply attach the base to any smooth surface using the provided 3M adhesive pad, and let the light body absorb onto it. Additionally, the built-in magnet allows the light to attach to any ironwork surface, such as refrigerators or stair rails.
